Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
8+ years of experience in administrative management, preferably in the oil and gas sector
Strong understanding of refinery operations and relevant regulations
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office management software and financial tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
