Job Description

1.Administrative Support

  • -Handle general office administration, including filing and organizing documents and office support.
  • -Manage schedules, meetings, and office supplies.

Qualification & Education Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate are also welcome .
  • Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Major in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Mandarin speaker is encourage to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus

Work Location: In person
