Executive Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Management• Coordinate and execute air travel and accommodation bookings for business and training trips, both locally and internationally, in adherence to established procedures and work instructions.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date travel records in MacNet for seamless tracking and reporting.• Generate monthly travel expense reports and conduct data analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient resource utilization.• Regularly review and update the panel hotel list to ensure availability of cost-effective and high-quality accommodation options.
- Operational Support• Assist and support the Superior in managing:* Operational Insurance: Oversee insurance coverage for the company’s assets, ensuring timely renewals and claims processing.* Company Credit Card Management: Monitor usage, ensure compliance with procedure, and resolve related queries.* Office Rental Management: Administer lease agreements, rental payments, and liaise with landlords/tenants to address facility-related concerns.
- Reporting and Analysis• Prepare regular reports on travel expenses, insurance status, and office rentals to facilitate decision-making by management.• Perform data analysis on administrative activities to propose improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
- General Administrative Duties• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Superior, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.• Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed to maintain departmental continuity.
What You Bring
Minimum Requirements:
Formal Education:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
- Work Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years of working experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Familiarity with travel booking systems, handling complaint, and resolving issues is an advantage.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
