Objective: The Media Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the company's media strategy while bringing creative marketing campaigns to life. Key Task: Media Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute media plans that align with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience. Conduct market research to identify new media opportunities, trends, and emerging platforms. Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across paid, owned, and earned channels. Collaborate with external media agencies and partners to implement media buys and negotiate rates. Creative Marketing Campaigns: Lead the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, digital, TV, print, and experiential marketing. Work with creative teams to conceptualize and produce innovative marketing content that supports brand messaging and drives customer engagement. Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and voice. Analyze campaign performance and optimize creative content and media strategies for better results. Digital and Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media accounts, ensuring timely and engaging content is shared with the audience. Collaborate with the content team to create social media posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content. Analyze engagement metrics, audience behavior, and trends to optimize social media strategy. Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of media campaigns across all platforms (digital, traditional, social). Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns based on performance data. Ensure campaigns are delivering against KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all media channels. Liaise with PR teams to coordinate media outreach and press campaigns.
