- Be able to handle FULL SET ACCOUNT is a must! - Maintain records and preparing monthly expense reports. - Ensure that all payment documents are always updated in company's file system, correspondence and all documentation systems. - Manage payment matters through bank transfers and writing checks for payment purposes such as rent, utility and supplier payments. - Record daily transactions such as bank transactions and petty cash every day. - Record all payments that have been made by issuing payment vouchers for company record purposes. -Maintain complete records of all financial transactions of the company according to accounting principles (within the UBS system). - Ensure the accuracy of relevant documents and records (petty cash & payment vouchers). - Prepare financial statements and reports for a specific period. - Carry out accounting calculations using computer software used by the company. - Preparing cash flow projections and budgets. - Maintain and controlling purchase accounts. - Using accounting principles to identify and resolve problems that arise while performing duties. - Carry out tasks related to account & finance.
