The Warehouse Executive will play a key role in managing inventory, fulfilling orders, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing logistical processes.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory items in the warehouse, ensuring that all stock movements are documented properly.
- Conduct regular stock counts (e.g., monthly or quarterly) to track inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and historical data.
- Manage and optimize inventory storage to maximize available space and ensure proper handling of products.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure the efficient picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders, ensuring that all items are correctly picked and securely packed for delivery.
- Verify that the correct products and quantities are included in each order, and that items are labeled accurately for shipment.
- Liaise with other departments, such as the sales or customer service teams, to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner and according to customer specifications.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Organize goods and materials within the warehouse to ensure easy access and minimize time spent locating products.
- Implement an efficient layout for the warehouse, ensuring that the storage areas are appropriately categorized and that high-demand items are placed in easily accessible locations.
- Regularly inspect and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment to promote safety and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with external transport providers to ensure the timely receipt of goods into the warehouse and the prompt dispatch of orders to customers.
- Manage the receipt of inbound deliveries, ensuring that goods are unloaded, checked, and appropriately stored.
- Track shipments and resolve any logistical issues that may arise, such as delivery delays or discrepancies in order fulfillment.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report any damaged, defective, or expired goods to management, ensuring appropriate action is taken, such as returns, replacements, or disposal.
- Monitor the shelf life of products, particularly perishable goods, and ensure that stock rotation procedures are followed (e.g., FIFO – First In, First Out).
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the warehouse and equipment, ensuring that safety measures are in place and that all potential hazards are addressed.
- Provide training to warehouse staff on safe handling practices, use of equipment, and emergency procedures.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other members of the warehouse team to achieve operational objectives and meet performance targets.
- Assist in the training and development of junior warehouse staff, providing guidance on proper procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and procurement, to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse functions and to address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Executive position should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Educational Requirements: A diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics is highly preferred, ideally in a similar role within the manufacturing or food industry.
- A working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel) is essential.
- Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve discrepancies and challenges in warehouse operations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety protocols in the warehouse environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
