Finance Administrator is responsible for supporting the financial and administrative operations of the organization. This role involves managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations REQUIREMENT 1. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT • Process quotation, invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements. • Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements to Lead Manager • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and petty cash records. • Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable. 2. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT • Maintain and organize financial documents and records, both physical and digital. • Assist in preparing documents for audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements. • Handle data entry for financial systems with accuracy and efficiency. 3. PAYROLL SUPPORT • Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, deductions, and benefits • Maintain records related to employee payments and statutory contributions. 4. COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. • Generate regular reports on financial activities for management review. 5.
