Operation Executive

Clinical Practice and Leadership

• Assist to lead the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.
• Assist to lead the clinic to improve patient, provider and staff satisfaction.
• Manages both Dato Ibrahim and Dr Lee’s patient appointments relating to service provision such as clinic, chemo day care, and ward.
• Identify opportunities to increase quality, safety, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify indicators to measure, evaluate and improve care.
• Assure that patient/family centred care is provided within Clinics and Nursing Department’s established standards.
• Manages complaints and grievances from patients and department.
• Submit reports and complete regulatory documentation as required by management for regulatory submission and analysis purposes.
• Assure compliance with ministry requirements and standards offered to ensure quality patients’ care
• Initiate the development and revision of policies and procedures specific to the programs of care.

Personnel Management

• Direct and evaluate the department’s work force in terms of overall staffing and scheduling.
• Delegate authority to staff at the appropriate times.
• Oversee the completion/monitoring of staff competencies.
• Engage in ongoing feedback to the effectiveness of staff members into their roles.
• Assist on evaluation on annual reviews that foster mutual goal setting and feedback on performance.

Resource Management

• Assist to prepare operating budgets, including volume projections, and expense, and revenues estimates.
• Analyse and monitor actual budget performance and address variances.
• Institute necessary modifications to procedures and department resource commitments as financial changes dictate.

Facility Management & Professionalism

• Evaluate clinic room utilization and makes recommendations for improvement.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
