Responsibilities

  • Training & Development Management: Oversee the full spectrum of training and development processes, including:
  • Managing the LMS system as Administrator and updating changes accordingly.
  • Coordinating in-house workshops and public training sessions (registration, records, follow-ups, and monitoring training expenses/budgets).
  • Administering HRDF claims and ensuring compliance.
  • Organizing e-learning training for new joiners and annual training via LMS.
  • Assisting in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Planning and conducting orientation programs for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement & Branding Activities:
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as company dinners, team bonding sessions, festive celebrations, and office enhancements.
  • Administer Employee Engagement Surveys and coordinate ad-hoc activities to foster a happy work culture.
  • Manage the company’s Instagram account creatively to boost interaction among employees and promote a positive working environment.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Support and coordinate CSR programs, including follow-ups with CSR leads under the guidance of the superior.
  • Internship & Management Trainee Program: Assist in researching, planning, and executing internship and management trainee programs in collaboration with universities.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior or manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and work independently with resourcefulness and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
