Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing sales growth with their district, assisting the Outlet Managers on achieving their sales plans.
- Monitoring controllable store expenses for profitability.
- Providing fast, friendly service.
- Responding pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
- Conducting and evaluating customer surveys.
- Working with Head Operations Manager/Director of Operations and Corporate Office to generate sales volume growth.
- Provide sales/promotion/briefing/ of new sales promotions/ campaign or product launches to the Operations Team and ensure effective and timely activities roll out and motivate participation from the outlets for promotions and campaigns results.
- Actively follow through, track, monitor, and analyze all sales and promotions executions against sales objectives and evaluate ROI for marketing activities.
- Provide assistance in supporting sales and marketing, corporate sales, business developments events and initiatives of the company.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position available.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
