Accounting Team Lead

What is your mission?

• Advise and support on queries related to accounting matters. Help troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day operations.
• Monitor the team's tickets, emails, and implementation on a daily basis.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with goals, deadlines, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity.
• Assist in training new team members and provide guidance on accounting procedures.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting to address support queries.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Customer service orientation
• Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, self-directed and motivated.
• Must have an excellent command of the English Language, both written and spoken
• Ability to fluently speak a second language is highly advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
