Job description
Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
Prepare & process monthly payroll ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO,LHDN and other government authorities.
Experience in auto count payroll software.
Maintain accurate payroll records by updating employee information, new joiners, personal files, verify OT and Staff Claims.
2. Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent including job postings, sourcing, screening and interview arrangement.
3. Foreign Worker
Manage the hiring and onboarding of foreign workers.
Ensure compliance with all immigration regulations and visa requirements (FOMEMA, work permit, passport renewal, check out memo etc.)
Provide support and guidance to foreign workers throughout their employment.
4. Others
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including conducting induction, handle contract renewals, transfer, resignation and conduct exit interview
Monitor employee attendance, leave, Sick Leave and medical claim.
Keep Track of staff confirmation, monitor staff contract and other employment HR related due dates. Prepare HR related letters.
Assist in training programs sourcing, training administrative works , reports, HRDC grants and claim.
Counseling employees as and when required.
Organizing events and engagement activities for the employees.
Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
Outstanding knowledge of EA/IR Labour laws.
Ability to work in a critical environment.

Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.

Ability to work as a part of a team.
Ability to manage time efficiently.

Salary : From RM2500 - RM3000 (base on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
