  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals, including audience analysis, content strategy, and advertising plans.
  • Create engaging text, image, and video content consistent with brand identity and values.
  • Manage all social media accounts, including content publishing, regular updates, and responses to comments and messages.
  • Cultivate and nurture online communities, actively engaging with users to foster brand loyalty.
  • Implement targeted paid advertising strategies to expand audience reach and enhance conversion rates.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular performance reports to refine strategy.
  • Proactively manage brand reputation by responding to user feedback, addressing issues, and handling crises.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to maintain strategic innovation.
  • Ensure social media strategies align with business objectives to drive brand growth and promotion.
  • Conduct audience analysis to customize content and advertising strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a content writer or social media specialist.
  • Technical proficiency in social media platforms and tools for effective content management and publishing.
  • Strong brand awareness and understanding of brand reputation management.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages is a must.
  • Experience in the Agencies or Partnership industry will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
