Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing a welcoming and helpful shopping experience.
- Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and in-store offers.
- Arrange newly arrived stock and ensure all products are displayed neatly and in order.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment at all times.
- Serve as the store’s front-line representative, including handling the cashier counter.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to rules and regulations set by the management.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
