Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing a welcoming and helpful shopping experience.
• Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and in-store offers.
• Arrange newly arrived stock and ensure all products are displayed neatly and in order.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment at all times.
• Serve as the store’s front-line representative, including handling the cashier counter.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to rules and regulations set by the management.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• retail: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
