Support the department in installing machines at client sites and servicing faulty hardware.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, deliver, and install hardware for POS system implementation.
- Provide online or onsite support to diagnose and resolve hardware or network issues.
- Assist with customer image data implementations as required.
- Respond to and resolve tasks via the ticketing system.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer & IT or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software.
- Own transport; must have a valid driving license and be willing to learn or know how to drive a van for delivering goods and IT hardware installation work, a GDL license is an advantage.
- Willing to travel outstation when required.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Proactive, independent problem-solver with good multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Benefits:
- Allowances for traveling and standby duty (off-hours from home): RM300–1,000.
