Administrative Support:

  • Assist with reports, presentations, and document preparation.

Data Entry:

  • Ensure data accuracy by checking for errors.
  • Organize and manage data for easy access.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Communicate with teams and vendors to resolve issues and gather information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in managing events, meetings, or office functions.

General Office Duties:

  • Perform routine office tasks like photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Maintain office equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Assist with mail distribution and package management.
