Responsibilities:
Licensing Task:
- Manage several licensees across our portfolio. etc: Private - Hospital, Ambulatory Care Centre, Specialist Clinic & Dialysis Centers.
- Hold regular meetings with partners to update our business and develop ideas for licensed products and service implementation.
- Proactive and reactive new business outreach to grow our licensing program.
- Write up and circulate deal terms to stakeholders for approval.
- Create presentations detailing the team’s executions.
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
- Managing the product approvals process for several Licensees - dealing with various internal stakeholders to gather feedback for our partners.
- Work with our various studios to gather assets from our games for licensee partners' use.
- Manage licensing asset library.
- Liaise with Legal and Finance teams to ensure all licensing documentation is recorded and accessible.
- Maintain various internal licensing documents.
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
- Attend trade fairs, presentations, and industry events where needed.
- Monitor the progress of agreements and approval of marketing materials/advertisements/social media through the relevant departments, and helping to resolve any issues to meet deadlines.
- Other tasks from time to time
Medical Affair Task:
- Coordinate clinical governance meetings setup by ensuring the necessary logistic arrangements are made prior to the meeting, memos/reminders are sent out to Doctors and relevant meeting documents are well prepared before the meeting.
- Follow-up and compile meeting agenda prior to the meeting.
- Assist in taking and distributing minutes of meeting and ensuring proper record keeping of minutes of meeting in the division.
- Manage all documents in the division in a systematic filing system.
- Update and filing on relevant doctors practicing documents such as Annual Practicing Certificate, Doctor Practicing Certificate, CV, all doctors Agreements, legal letters, Indemnity Coverage, etc.
- Attend to calls and inquiries by doctors.
- Coordinate and arrange Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities for doctors including arrangement of venue & F&B, CPD points application, etc as relevant.
- Ensure the credentialing & privileging of all new doctors are completed and in place upon start of practice and ensure the re-credentialing & re-privileging of all doctors are renewed timely prior to expiry.
- Assist on ad-hoc projects or assignment as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Licensing experience.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be a team player willing to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidate with experience in secretarial support duties and office administration, healthcare experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
