- Lead and coordinate change requests activities including reviewing scope, analyse change impact (update to documentation/existing process), determine testing scope and coordinate UAT/SRT and debrief team prior to go live/move to production
- Engage with client stakeholder groups and HRSS in joint reviews when addressing process gaps and impacted documentation updates
- Responsible to manage Knowledge Management & Access Management queues and meeting case management SLAs
- Responsible to create/maintain and publish HRSS knowledge articles for HRSS
- Engage with client stakeholder groups, HRSS and vendors for process improvements initiatives and relevant downstream readiness activities
- Diploma or Degree graduate in any field.
- At least 3 years work experience in the Human Resource, Business Analyst or Project Management. Experience in shared services or human resources will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in HR Domain especially Workday HCM is a must. Service Now Knowledge/Experience is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin is a must.
- Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills is a requirement.
- Good understanding of a business process being analysed and how it affects the various business units. Workday knowledge and transactions processing are a requirement.
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and keep up with project scope changes while meeting timelines is important.
- Experience in process improvement or Gen AI implementation.
- Good presentation skills, and ability to communicate with various audiences, including end users, managers, and project stakeholder groups.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy and focused on high data accuracy.
- Quick learner who is easily able to learn new products, systems, applications and technologies. Important to be pro-active and take change/ownership in tasks assigned.
- Must be MS Office competent in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
