Job Overview:

Supervise subordinates in all aspects of restaurant daily operations and services; ensure that orders are accurately prepared and delivered timely to the guests according to company standards.
Assist in work scheduling and ordering supplies; ensure that customer checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with Restaurant and Brand policies guidelines.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least STPM or 2 years of high school education, or
Has 2 to 3 years of related working experience (full time employment) in similar industry with proven track record.
Requires thorough knowledge on café, casual and/or fine-dining restaurants.
Possess good supervision, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead the team and cultivate good working relationship amongst staff in the Restaurant.
Ability to communicate in English fluently.
Excellent vision required for seating guests, expediting food, cleaning equipment, reading floor plans, charts, and schedules.
Possess analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.
Self-discipline and self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.
Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene with clean appearance and neatly attired.
Pleasant, Polite manner, Energetic, cheerful, and hardworking.
Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
Require to work on rotating shift basis which include weekends and public holidays.
