Job Overview:
- Supervise subordinates in all aspects of restaurant daily operations and services; ensure that orders are accurately prepared and delivered timely to the guests according to company standards.
- Assist in work scheduling and ordering supplies; ensure that customer checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with Restaurant and Brand policies guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least STPM or 2 years of high school education, or
- Has 2 to 3 years of related working experience (full time employment) in similar industry with proven track record.
- Requires thorough knowledge on café, casual and/or fine-dining restaurants.
- Possess good supervision, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead the team and cultivate good working relationship amongst staff in the Restaurant.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
- Excellent vision required for seating guests, expediting food, cleaning equipment, reading floor plans, charts, and schedules.
- Possess analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.
- Self-discipline and self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.
- Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene with clean appearance and neatly attired.
- Pleasant, Polite manner, Energetic, cheerful, and hardworking.
- Possess enthusiasm in learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
- Require to work on rotating shift basis which include weekends and public holidays.
