Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in strategic financial planning and advising senior executives.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
  • Liaise with external accountants or financial institutions for audits, tax preparation, or financing.

Personal Assistance:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and personal commitments.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate personal errands, such as shopping or managing personal contacts.
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing personal events, such as meetings, celebrations, or family gatherings.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Draft emails, letters, or other documents with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Financial Expertise: A strong background in finance, accounting, or business administration. Experience with financial software (e.g., SQL) is beneficial.
  • Personal Assistance Experience: Prior experience in supporting senior executives with personal and administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive financial data and personal information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and project management software.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Understanding of the need for privacy and discretion in personal and professional matters.
