- Provide administrative support to ensure that operations are carried out in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
- Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents, as and when requested by Management
- Maintain office files – soft copy and hard copy
- Arrange workers punch card properly
- Monitor worker’s attendance and update to HQ
- Prepare letters and emails for general correspondence
- Any other jobs assigned by the Management
