Job responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
Define target audience segments and create marketing plans to address their aesthetic needs and preferences.
Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to promote specific aesthetic treatments, procedures, or seasonal offers.
Develop compelling and persuasive marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure the timely creation of visually appealing promotional materials.
Support the development of client engagement strategies to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
Oversee social media and e-commerce platforms
Assist with daily operations of the clinic when required

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the aesthetic industry.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
