Job Description
- To achieve individual’s sales target
- Understands clients' requirements and provide suitable candidates to client.
- Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online systems/medias and matching candidates with the client's job openings.
- Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for client's considerations.
- Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates.
- Finalizing offer details between client and candidates
- Monitoring payment collections from clients
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients and candidates.
- To assist and contribute to client acquisitions exercises.
- Any ad-hoc jobs as required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related discipline
- Prefer candidates with 6 months to 1-year relevant experience in recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, processes and methodologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be resourceful, meticulous, target driven and able to work independent.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
