- Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with new suppliers for best purchase price and payment terms in line with company standard procedure
- Responsible for collecting and communicating of accurate product information from the supplier
- Ensure all purchase orders and contracts are with agreed terms, complete technical specifications and in line with internal and external customer’s requirement
- Ensure all legal documents such as supplier, non-disclosure, confidentiality and service agreements are signed with the suppliers.
- Responsible for timely issuance of purchase orders and follow through with suppliers to ensure prompt deliveries
- Conduct risk assessment, performance evaluation of suppliers which includes suppliers’ survey, onsite audit and etc
- Establish and maintain updated Approved Supplier List for all existing suppliers
- Other ac hoc tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Purchasing field in manufacturing industry.
- Required Skill(s): Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Good communication, negotiation skill and a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
