  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

1. Calibration of Equipment

1.1 Perform calibration of a wide range of instruments and equipment, including but not limited to temperature, pressure, electrical, and mechanical devices.

1.2 Ensure that all instruments are calibrated according to established protocols, standards, and industry best practices.

1.3 Verify and document calibration results for traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.

2. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting

2.1 Conduct regular maintenance and service on calibration instruments to ensure optimal performance.

2.2 Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to calibration or instrumentation failures.

2.3 Recommend corrective actions or replacement parts when necessary.

3. Documentation and Reporting

3.1 Maintain accurate records of all calibration activities, including calibration certificates, equipment logs, and reports.

3.2 Prepare calibration reports detailing the results, deviations, and corrective actions.

3.3 Ensure all documentation meets internal and regulatory audit standards.

4. Quality Control and Compliance

4.1 Ensure all calibration activities comply with relevant quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, or other applicable industry certifications.

4.2 Participate in internal and external audits related to calibration processes and practices.

4.3 Assist in the development and continuous improvement of calibration procedures.

5. Customer Support and Consultation

5.1 Provide technical support to customers regarding calibration procedures, equipment uses, and troubleshooting.

5.2 Assist in the training and education of internal staff or customers on calibration processes and best practices.

6. Equipment Calibration Planning

6.1 Assist in planning and scheduling calibration activities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

6.2 Maintain and update a calibration schedule for all company-owned equipment and customer tools.

7. Collaboration and Teamwork

7.1 Work closely with the Quality Assurance, Production, and Engineering teams to address calibration needs.

7.2 Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for calibration-related tasks that require specialized support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
