Job Description

  • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
  • Prepare monthly payroll and check staff's attendance and update leave record
  • Arrange internal & external training when needed

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced /Higher/Graduate Bachelor Degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Able to work independent and efficiency
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Immediate can report duty is preferred

Office working hours (HQ) :-

8.30am-5.00pm (Monday - Friday)

8.30am-1.00pm (Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Clerk: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
