Key tasks:
- To strategize and assist in hiring of niche & critical positions.
- The incumbent also will act as a lead point of contact between recruiters and business.
- To ensure the manpower & resourcing matters is executed on time and accurately in accordance with strict deadlines and to manage all associated day to day activities.
- Performs end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and preparing hiring proposals for given portfolio.
- Works closely with HR Business Partners and hiring manager teams to deliver recruitment strategy, processes, and ad-hoc project support.
- Uploading, building on, and maintaining an internal talent pool / database of relevant candidates.
- To prepare and develop weekly / monthly report as and when required.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience in a Resourcing,Human capital services.
- Partner role in a commercial sales & marketing environment. Experience in automotive or FMCG is desired but not 100% required.
- Performs end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and preparing hiring proposals for given portfolio.
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
