Operation Executive - Travel & Tour
Job Overview:
As an Operations Executive in the travel and tour industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the
smooth and efficient execution of all travel bookings and operations. This multifaceted position
requires a candidate who is well-versed in the entire process of bookings, possesses strong
decision-making abilities, can build and maintain relationships with travel service providers, excels in
organizational skills, communicates effectively, and is committed to achieving cost-effective solutions
while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking Management:
Handle end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation,
and activities.
Ensure accurate and timely reservations while considering clients' preferences and
budget constraints.
Stay updated with the latest travel industry trends and offerings to provide informed
recommendations.
Decision-Making:
Make informed decisions related to itinerary planning, booking modifications, and
problem-solving during travel.
Analyze data and feedback to optimize travel packages and services continuously.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with travel service providers, including airlines, hotels,
car rental agencies, and tour operators.
Negotiate and secure favorable terms and pricing agreements with suppliers.
Act as a liaison between clients and providers to resolve issues efficiently.
Booking Organization:
Maintain a meticulous and organized system for managing bookings, itineraries, and
client profiles.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure all travel arrangements align with
client expectations.
Effective Communication:
Communicate clearly and proactively with clients to understand their needs and
preferences.
Provide clients with detailed itineraries and trip information, addressing any concerns
or questions promptly.
Cost Efficiency:
Develop and implement strategies to reduce travel costs while maintaining
high-quality standards.
Monitor and manage budgets for individual bookings and overall operations.
Quality Standards:
Ensure all travel arrangements meet or exceed quality standards, including safety,
cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular quality checks and seek client feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
