Finance & Account Executive

JTEKT Automotive (Malaysia) is a Japanese based Company manufacturing automotive steering gear with number of employees over 50,000 globally. Our manufacturing plant is located in Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Shah Alam. What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities): -Oversee daily accounts entries, ensuring all sales and purchases are recorded accurately. -Maintain and update the monthly payroll report. -Collaborate with other departments to ensure accounts receivable ledgers and journals are accurate and up-to-date. -Prepare and issue Debit/Credit Notes and ensure timely reconciliation of inter-company transactions. -Review and reconcile bank statements, AP/AR Aging Reports, and General Ledger (GL) to maintain accuracy. -Prepare journal entries with proper supporting documents and post them to GL. -Coordinate with auditors and tax agents, preparing schedules and reports for audits and tax compliance. -Maintain organized and accessible filing systems. What do we need from you (Job Requirements): -A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy (or equivalent). -Languages: ENGLISH and MANDARIN are required for internal communication purpose. -Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts. -Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word). -Willingness to work overtime and weekends if required. -Advantageous: LCCI and/or ACCA qualification.
