ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide administrative support to technical staff and management. • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. • Prepare circulars to clients. • Maintain and update client records and files securely and systematically. • Coordinate and support firm events, training sessions, and seminars. • Generate sales invoices as need arises. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and integrity. • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION • Diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
