Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute marketing initiatives which include, but not limited to: brand management, communications, event management, partnerships, business development and social media. Your role will involve meeting and exceeding KPIs which ranges from qualified enquiry and repeat patronage to funnels and foot fall. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with broad field experience and proven track record. You should have some formal marketing training, although we value experience and culture fit ahead of academic records. You should be equally adept at formulating fact-based strategies as well as in implementation and activation. To succeed in this challenging position, you must be prepared to work hard and go through a steep learning curve, and be a go-getter and a people person. This is certainly not a 9 to 5 job. What kind of skills would move you forward? The ability to connect and motivate people, to think on your feet and articulate your ideas convincingly and to multi-task.
