Senior Architectural Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: -Supervise and monitor all architectural work at high-rise building sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. -Inspect construction activities regularly to identify and resolve issues promptly. -Ensure architectural finishes meet the desired quality and requirements. -Liaise with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of the project. -Conduct and attend site meetings to resolve conflicts and provide technical guidance. -Ensure that all architectural works comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. -Perform quality audits and issue non-compliance reports when necessary. -Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress reports, and inspection reports. -Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on architectural progress and challenges. -Prepare reports on construction progress, delays, and quality concerns. -Provide technical advice, training, and support to team members. -Promote a culture of safety and teamwork on-site. Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in architectural supervision, with a strong focus on high-rise projects. -Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. -Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Professional certification (e.g., CIDB Green Card) or equivalent is preferred. -Additional certifications in project management or safety are a plus.
