Campus Operations & Maintenance Executive
· Source and monitor office supplies, conducting research to secure cost-effective deals and reliable suppliers that meet the unique needs of a corporate environment.
· Oversee the maintenance and usage of office equipment, including photocopiers, and
· coordinate with courier services to support day-to-day operations.
· Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system, ensuring easy retrieval of information and compliance with company record-keeping standards.
· Take responsibility for overall administrative functions, collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
· Organize and coordinate company events and activities, including but not limited to
workshops, seminars, and special programs, contributing to a vibrant and engaging corporate environment.
· Liaise with the logistics department to streamline operations, ensuring the seamless
coordination of resources for various company functions and events.
· Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs.
· Address plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure functional facilities.
· Repair and maintain equipment, fixtures, and systems.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and administration.
· Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute facility improvement projects.
· Communicate effectively with staff and administration regarding maintenance needs.
· Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures.
· Contribute to creating a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
· Uphold the operational efficiency and aesthetic appeal of campus facilities.
· Efficiently manage incoming calls, take messages, and handle correspondence to facilitate
clear and effective communication within the company.
· Skillfully handle requests and queries from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and
appropriate resolutions in alignment with the company's policies and procedures.
· Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
· Assist in data analysis and reporting as required.
· Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
· Streamline operational procedures to enhance productivity.
· On occasion, for the benefit of the Company you may be required to undertake other duties as required by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
