Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Payroll & EP Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing payroll processes and Employment Pass (EP) applications, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle EP applications and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
- Coordinate with HR and legal teams to ensure timely processing of EP applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all payroll and EP documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and EP requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or immigration services.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and EP processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
