We're Hiring: Business Development Executive - Mandarin Speaker

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong background in 360 recruitment? We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through channels like cold calling, networking, and online research.

2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Conduct the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

4. Negotiate terms of business (TOB) with new clients and secure signed agreements.

5. Work on new job orders (JO) from clients and ensure timely and accurate submissions of candidate profiles.

6. Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and clients.

7. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

8.Collaborate with the internal team to achieve recruitment targets and goals.

9.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

1. 5 years of experience in Business Development, including managing a 360-recruitment cycle.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

3. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

6. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

7. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
