Location: Seksyen 15, Shah Alam, Selangor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Compile and distribute the daily sales report.
2. Verify that all deliveries are invoiced and accurately recorded.
3. Obtain necessary approvals for deliveries that have not been invoiced.
4. Create and dispatch invoices on a daily basis.
5. Ensure customer payments are accurately posted to the appropriate accounts.
6. Generate and send monthly account statements to customers.
7. Organize and maintain comprehensive customer files.
8. Retrieve acknowledged delivery orders required for legal proceedings.
9. Address customer inquiries related to invoices and delivery orders.
10. Prepare a detailed monthly sales analysis report.
11. Calculate sales tax liabilities and arrange timely payments.
12. Prepare and submit documentation for bankers' acceptance.
Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or a certificate in accounting, finance, banking or a related field.
2. Experience: Prior experience in accounting, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software is a plus.
4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and maintaining financial records.
5. Numerical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.
6. Communication Skills: Proficient in both verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
7. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
8. Knowledge: Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
9. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer issues.
10. Character: Trustworthiness, integrity, and honesty in all aspects of work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,000.00 per month
