  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

1. Handling full logistic functions for in and out-bound delivery.

2. Responsible with arrangement and coordinating of transportation for on-time delivery.

3. Ensure recording adhere to documented SOP for smooth transfer and effective loading activities.

4. Optimize rental detached trailer delivery activity to achieve optimum usage and cost saving.

5. Prepare and update documentation of delivery and update using application system software.

6. Sort and verify returned chop & signed Delivery Order from site are matched and to ensure all invoices billed is correct.

7. Assist superior monitor and compile data and statistics for analysis,

8. Perform transporter assessments to save delivery cost as per management's target.

9. To conform all requirements of applicable management system (ISO 31001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & MS1722) and to comply to regulations related to environment, health and safety, Occupational Safety & Health Act.

10. Cultivate and practice 5S at work place and to adhere to 5S rules and standards of the organizations.

Additional Requirement

1. Candidate with minimum professional certificate in business and supply chain or any related field

2. 3-5 years experience in supply planning and supply chain

3. Fluent in English (must be able to speak, read and write) and Malaysia.

4. SAP knowledge is added advantage.

5. Team player with good communication skill, commitment and able to work under tight deadline.

6. Experience in shipping documents preparation accordance to Letter of Credit requirement is added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
