KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to drive rapid, profitable growth within the context of the brand, achieving sales and margin objectives Monitor e-commerce marketing and editorial calendar aligned with the brand’s business and merchandise strategy for paid search, display, email, social, affiliate and all other online channels to profitably acquire new customers Responsible on monitoring daily operations and executions including stock management, merchandising, web content, price and fulfilment Establish a comprehensive SEO strategy Determine the ideal format and features of the website using a data driven approach combined with customer insights, recommending and overseeing execution of all appropriate and necessary site enhancements Create and lead web developer on website roadmaps and customer journey profiles based on customer personas, developing a formal process for UX / usability testing Develop wireframes and mock layouts for company websites; partnering with product management and marketing to maximize clarity of content and ease of navigation for customers Analyse and assess the effectiveness of the website and all e-commerce marketing efforts. Define metrics and KPIs and provide regular analysis & performance reports of online performance to Management Supervise and lead all e-commerce and web related projects and initiatives Collaborate with other brand & marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns through all digital channels and deliver comprehensive suite of digital customer engagement solutions beginning from marketing and moving into sales and e-commerce Network with our external technology and business partners to research new technology products for e-commerce and website builds; provide recommendations to management Work closely with e-commerce service providers and partners for driving company products on third party marketplaces Prepare annual budgets, provide ongoing results analysis and forecasting, and drive prioritization of investments through quantitative business justification Performs other related duties and assignments as required Priority given to candidates with brand website experience, especially Shopify. Focus on managing fashion & lifestyle categories. Strong data analysis skills to drive commercial performance. Ability to lead multibrands and multiplatforms (e.g. Zalora, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) Roxy Quiksilver,DC shoes etc. Skilled in managing and guiding e-commerce sales executives to grow the business. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in E-Commerce or Marketing At least 7 years of working experience as Manager in the related field and able to manage a team Pleasant personality and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage Highly creative and full of ideas, with passion for excellence Proactive and resourceful in problem solving Great team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Ability to think and act independently with minimal supervision, adapt to changes, escalate urgent issues with recommended resolutions when necessary Demonstrate strong understanding of e-commerce digital platform with familiarity of market trends and developments Knowledge of e-commerce business models, operations and technology Experience in customer service field is preferable Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure consistency of customer messaging across all marketing channels Possess own vehicle and wiling to travel Willing to work in Damansara Height
