WORKING HOURS:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (4 Shift Rotational)
  • Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for customers, ensuring they receive the best service and solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Assistance – Handle inquiries related to tariffs, usage, accounts, and services.
  • Account Management – Assist with reconnections, self-metering, and account updates.
  • Billing & Payment Support – Help customers resolve billing, metering, and payment issues.
  • Energy Advisory – Educate customers on energy efficiency, renewable energy options, and smart usage.
  • Service Requests – Manage auto-debit setups, bill forecasting, and disconnection/reconnection requests.
  • Complaint Resolution – Track, monitor, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Crisis Management – Provide exceptional service and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
