- Assisting with vendor selection, pricing negotiation and supplier.
- Monitoring and ensure timely delivery of purchases from supplier.
- Proactively liaising with suppliers to follow up and resolve purchasing supply issues.

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese dialects.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers. This is purely based on the job's operational needs and is not related to race or ethnicity.
- Proficient in computer literate and MS Office.
- Possess own transport.
