  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  • Collaborate with the respective Head of Department to understand hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels and job platforms.
  • Liaise and collaborate with recruitment agencies and headhunters to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Coordinate, arrange, and execute the onboarding process and ensure all onboarding process for new hires are carried out smoothly.
  • Conduct an orientation program for new employees.
  • Generate weekly recruitment reports and summaries, at the same time provide hiring status updates as and when required by the Manager or Director.
  • Surveys on job market and develops specific recommendations for review by management.
  • Participate in career fair when necessary.
  • Assist with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, vacation, misconduct, and any problem resolution.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment function is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin (read, write, and speak) are highly preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience working in a Head-hunter / Recruitment Agency will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work in Kampung Pandan, Kuala Lumpur.
