- Coordination & Supervision: Oversee and coordinate all works among trade contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review & Supervise Work Sequence: Ensure the correct sequence of work is followed, managing the interface between various trade contractors and subcontractors to avoid conflicts and ensure timely project delivery.
- Construction Drawing Review: Check construction drawings for any discrepancies with on-site conditions.
- Setting Out Work: Handle various scopes of work, including levelling, terminal construction details, identifying clashes with MEP services, and managing vertical and height alignment.
- Lookahead Schedule Preparation: Prepare and manage lookahead schedules, review site progress, assess delays, and implement catch-up strategies to keep projects on track.
- Inspection & Testing: Conduct inspections and tests according to method statements and inspection test plans.
- Issue & Review Documents: Issue RFI (Request for Information), CVI (Contractor’s Variation Instruction), and review AI (Architect’s Instruction) from Consultants, Designers, and Architects.
- Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, ID FITOUT / Architecture, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in project management within the construction or interior industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
