Your new role
You will be consulting on campaigns, optimising for metrics like conversion rates and ROI, and identifying opportunities for upselling based on the client’s business objectives. Success in this role requires strong digital marketing knowledge, especially in areas like PPC, SEO, and data analytics, as well as effective communication to showcase how specific strategies can boost the client’s performance and achieve measurable results.
What you'll need to succeed
• Strong command of performance marketing strategies, including pay-per-click (PPC), social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), display ads, and affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent client management skills with the ability to align performance marketing strategies to clients’ specific business goals, create tailored marketing plans, and provide ongoing consulting
• Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk). The ability to set up, optimise, and scale campaigns on these platforms.
Preferred: Experience working in Greater China/HK/ Taiwan
