CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER - HYBRID
Key Responsibilities of Client Success Manager:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
This includes regular client meetings and communication, handling client queries efficiently, and resolving issues
swiftly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Strategic Planning:
Work with clients to understand their business needs and marketing objectives.
Develop strategic marketing plans and oversee their successful implementation.
Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies, and to relay client
feedback.
This includes coordinating with creative, digital, production, and other departments as required.
Account Growth:
Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business opportunities.
Develop plans to materialize these opportunities, presenting proposals to clients, and facilitating contract
renewals and expansions.
Reporting and Analysis:
Deliver regular reports on account status to the COO and clients, providing insights and recommendations for
improvements.
Budget Management:
Oversee client budget allocation and usage, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Customer Response Satisfaction Score:
KPI: Achieve a 90% satisfaction score for responses delivered within the expected time to showcase
responsiveness and dedication to excellent customer service.
Customer Loyalty and Retention:
KPI: Attain 90% customer retention rates and bolstered loyalty, serving as benchmarks of proficient response
management and customer contentment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
