  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Inbound Call Handling: Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective customers, providing detailed information and addressing any questions.
  • Script Utilization: Follow prepared scripts to deliver consistent and accurate information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Ask pertinent questions to understand customer requirements and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Data Management: Accurately record customer information and feedback in the company's database for future reference and follow-up.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections effectively to maintain interest and facilitate sales.
  • Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed established sales quotas and performance metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • TeleMarketing: 1 year (Required)
