Moby Money is a Fintech Company based on PJ. We are looking for a motivated Tech Support Intern to join our team and assist in managing questions and enquiries from our Operations team and customers. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative tech environment.
• *Responsibilities**:
- Handle inquiries and requests from the Operations team and customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to our products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Gather information from clients and internal resources to identify and resolve issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining knowledge base articles and documentation.
• *Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with customer service or technical support is a plus.

Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
