The Opportunity
The Product Monitoring Specialist will be accountable for monitoring product feedback (issue reports, complaints, user feedback, etc) received by Cochlear. Contribute to the feedback triage process by reviewing, categorizing and reproducing product feedback in a timely manner. Support investigations within Cochlear’s dedicated product support group. Ensure accuracy and consistency when documenting and reporting on product feedback
Responsibilities include:
- Review and categorize product feedback in the timeframe specified by Cochlear’s procedures.
- Reproduce reported behaviours in the product to support triage and identification
- Follow up with customer-facing Cochlear staff to fulfill due diligence specified by Cochlear’s procedures.
- Collaborate with other Cochlear staff in support of investigations.
Position Specific Skills and Challenges
- Exceptional critical/analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional group.
- Experience in handling medical device issues, feedback, and/or complaints will be an advantage.
Key Requirements;
- Minimum Degree any relevant field.
- Working experience in similar capacity is an added advantage.
- Experience working in the Medical Device/ Pharmaceutical environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to problem solve and think analytically with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Attention to details and accuracy in data is highly critical for this role.
- Ability to comprehend written communication in English from staff where English is not their first language.
- Good English written and oral communication is a MUST for this role.
