How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Requirements :

Fresh graduates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

  • Real Estate Management
  • Property Management
  • Building and Property Management
  • Science Property Management
  • CGPA 2.00 and above
  • Age 27 and below
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and team player

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in property management tasks, including tenant relations, property maintenance, and inspections
  • Support in the preparation of leasing agreements and marketing of properties.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management for the properties.
  • Organizing property-related files and records, ensuring all documents are maintained according to company procedures.
  • Learn to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Preparing documents related to property transactions, such as purchase agreements, leases, or contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Organizing events related to real estate to attract customers and inventors and enhance the company’s brand.

Notes:

The trainee will undergo 9 months program.

Soft Skill training for one (1) week.
- Accommodation will be provided during soft skill training.

On Job training with PUSB for eight (8) months and three (3) weeks.

- Entitled for medical expenses for outpatient.
- Annual Leave & Medical Leave.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
