- Implement and enforce company HSE poilicies and procedures as to ensure effective and efficient health, safety and environment (HSE) management and culture within the company. Ensure compliance to all aplicable regulations.
- Perfome safety audit/inspection of building and facilities to detect any potential accident and HSE hazards. Propose recommendations on corrective or preventive measures. Plan and implement hazard control programmes.
- Plan and implement programs to promote HSE awareness among all employes.
- Conduct investigation of all accidents/incidents cases relating to HSE. Identify possible causes of accidents. Also responsible to produce timely report to the management. Make approriate recommendations to the Management for information and decision making.
- Prepare budget plan for HSE programs and initiatives. Report on actual expenses against budget for cost monitoring and future planning.
- Maintain and update a database of accident cases, statistics and root cause analysis. Analyze data and prepare monthly reports for management information and planning
- Coordinate for HSE Committee meetings, follow up on action items. Drive implementation of Committee’s activities and plan to gain employee’s commitment to HSE practices.
- Establish and maintain close report with relevant authorities, other government bodies as facilitate smooth business operation.
- Attend incident/accident site and able to deal with authority/customer etc.
- To prepare all the safety report and safety related documentation.
- Ad-hoc work from time-to-time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
