  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The IT Intern will work closely with the IT department to assist in various technical tasks and projects. This internship is designed to provide with practical experience in the information technology field, including network management, hardware and software troubleshooting, and customer support. The intern will gain exposure to real-world IT operations and develop skills essential for a career in IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues (e.g., network connectivity, application issues, hardware malfunctions).
  • Assist in setting up and managing user accounts and permissions.
  • Help monitor network security by maintaining firewalls, antivirus software, and performing routine system updates.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of IT systems, procedures, and user manuals.
  • Support the IT team in ensuring data backups and disaster recovery plans are in place.
  • Test and evaluate new software and hardware before implementation.
  • Maintain and update the IT inventory, including tracking equipment and software licenses.
  • Work on special projects assigned by the IT manager or supervisor.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
